Wich is the biggest/ smallest transformer you have ?

Biggest bot:

Scorpenok ( Zarak in Japan ) , a purple/green robot that transform from robot to base to a scorpion. Should be around 15-16 inches not sure.

Smallest bot:

Well that kinda depnds, if u count the small headmasters head as a robot then those are the smallest the heads to Hosehead or Nightbeat for example their head robots are small about 1 inch or so perhapsp less.

if u dont count that then it is one of the minibots, Bumbelbee, Cosmos and so on , thjey are about 2 inch rhoughly.
